If I was to say I know from what I have read then you would lecture me on not believing all I read..
So instead I will turn devils advocate and redirect the question to you.
What do you know without having read in the media or listened to you pals know in absolute fashion about Donald's business acumen's.
What do you really really know son.
I'll bite. Facts: The Trump Taj Mahal, Trump Castle, Trump Plaza and Casino, Plaza Hotel, Trump Hotels & Casinos Resorts (four properties jointly) and Trump Entertainment -- that's six separate entities -- all filed for Chapter 11 bankruptcy in the space of 17 years. Over $6 billion in debt that went unpaid, and $900 million in personal guarantees on the first deal, or for forgiveness of which Trump had to give up hefty equity stakes.
Opinion: Granted, the only businesspeople worse at running businesses appear to be the bankers that keep lending him money. Is this indicative of business lack of acumen? I'd say so, because business, like all human relationships, is built on trust. If you screw over lenders (or business partners, subcontractors, spouses, etc.) as a matter of habit, it's means relatively few people trust you, which means that probably it will be difficult to be a good businessman.

I'd love to tell you about his business success to balance this out, but -- fact -- unlike Chapter 11 proceedings, which are public, his tax returns aren't, and -- opinion -- likely won't ever be made so.
