Twitter seems very excited about arrests and the Mueller investigation. Is there any meat on those bones?

I said this on Monday about Sanders...

It's too late to start a 3rd party. There's a gen elect in 2020 so the best bet is to overtake the establishment in the Dems. This is eerily like what happened here, except the brainwashing is more entrenched over there. The starting point for change has been the town hall revolts that have happened in the last year where the ordinary citizen has woken up to realising they are 'door mats'.

I think Dore, Uygar and co may well succeed with their wolf-pac drive to get money out of politics (ie., for Gov to go back to working for the people not big business) as they're getting young people invigorated to be involved in politics (as Labour have) and are finding candidates to stand against the establishment reps in the Dem party in Nov(?).

Current Dems are too comfy, like Bliar's members were and they'll be ousted by not listening and not seeing what's in front of them.

I'm not sure what Sanders is doing. Maybe he's silent running to change the Dems from the inside if he becomes de facto leader, but he's not seemingly pushing the boat out on it, however he's smashing all his debate opponents on TV.

Strange one.

/QUOTE]

It seems that Tom Perez's purge of progressives from the Dems has made Sanders' mind up for him; he's going to run as an Independent candidate for Senate and (probably) join with the Greens to form a third party. If Bernie does win (which he will) the Dems will come back 'cap in hand' as he will be their only real pathway to the White House and only chance to beat Pence/ Trump in the 2020 elections.

He should tell them to fook off as the push to 'get money out of politics' will really take hold by then.

I log on every day hoping to see he has gone either naturally, of his own accord, by impeachment or as a few other predecessors have done down the years.

See you all tomorrow ;-)

There are about 6 people in the Trump campaign who had ties to Russia not including Trump and his family.

It's amazing that there was so much murky stuff with them all that no one has an idea who it is that will be arrested this week.

Lot's of meat.

Manafort, Page, Flynn, Stone and two others who's name I forget all had dealings with Russian businessmen/known agents. Some go back longer but this investigation centres on the hacked emails.

Also Trump himself and his son in law Kushner have had dealings with shady Russians.

Not forgetting Assange's role in it all and Sean Hannity is sweating too for knowingly pushing Kremlin linked obfuscation.

My bet is the first arrest is either Paul Manafort or Roger Stone. Mueller will get them to flip on others.

People shouldn't get their hopes up about anything happening to Trump though - he's not called Teflon Don for nothing.
