Donald Trump

Firstly I "mood disorder"? No. The last time he went off his medication he was hospitalised against his will because he was suffering from psychosis, so don't pretend he's just a a bit up and down.

Secondly, do you want to provide some of the "perfectly rational things he's said in support of Trumps policies"? Because only last week, Kanye was telling the world “If someone inspires me and I connect with them, I don’t have to believe in all their policies,”
I know a couple of people who are full on bipolar. They are relatively normal on med's, but you instantly know when they've stopped taking them, and it scares the sh*t out of me.

Not only disturbing but also alarming that the POTUS thinks it is acceptable he can spend all that time in the Oval Office with some famous geezer, essentially for the purpose of campaign publicity when he should be running the country.

He was in essence taking full advantage of a clearly troubled individual, a) to milk his own ego, and b) for perceived credibility with the black voters.

Another example of Donald abusing his position, this is pretty much a daily occurrence. He uses his time for his personal financial gain or to essentially campaign - I dont see that he does much in the way of actual work.

Playing with fire - there is a chance this could end badly. Hope he gets some help.

When celebrities declare political positions

Which part did you think was inaccurate? Missing the outrage.
All appears copacetic.

Republicans often use the somewhat offensive term of "escaping the plantation" to talk about this. Their idea is that Democrats want to keep black people poor and not prosperous to secure their vote. Their evidence for this is that most black areas that have a lot of poverty and gun crime are Blue areas.

Watching a popular black man come out as Republican has broken the binary brains out there. Yesterday on CNN, Kanye was called a dumb negro twice. Plenty of people on Twitter call him a coon. His tweets are filled with replies calling him an Uncle Tom.

It's an absolute disgrace. State of things when a Party thinks you owe them your vote because of the colour of your skin. It's barbaric.
Wow! You’ve written some shite on here, but this could be an award winner! Not even sure where to start...?

Often...their...their...most...they said...it was written on Twitter - but then you give your opinion of that and you’ve swallowed it all hook, line and sinker.

As your hero would say....SAD.

So, good news.

Turns out that I've got an internet friend who lives in the US and has never voted in his life. Doesn't care about politics.

So I said to him if I gave him twenty quid, then he would vote for whoever I asked for!

This means that technically I can now vote in the US elections! How awesome is that?!

Almost as if you are not a neutral observer - rather, Uncle Trumpton has grabbed you by the cojones, And you are going to pay
twenty quid for the pleasure? Cheap enough, I suppose...

This is so misguided I don't even know where to start. The evidence you cite is both an argument made in total bad faith and an absolute load of shit owing solely to African Americans mostly being concentrated in urban areas. Also, your of equating twitter replies with mainstream Democratic thought is laughable. You can find people saying dumb/racist things on twitter about literally anything. This is the kind of stuff I would hear at 3am from libertarians smoking weed in my dorm room during freshman year of university.

I hope you're joking about buying someone's else's vote. Please stay home, we have enough clueless people here already.

I don't think Trump is Damo's hero -- maybe only insomuch as the President is a mercenary fighting off the extremist left, whose ideaology/tactics Damo clearly seems to detest -- and I can't seem to find that original post, which means perhaps Damocles deleted it, which shows some good sense, but yeah: that was, errrr, not the best collection of sentences.

It is not extremist to be appalled by Trump. All one needs is a moral sensibility squarely in the meat of normal distribution under a standard deviation curve.

No it isn't at all. But I do think it might be more productive for people to try and understand why so many voted for him rather than just shouting at them and calling them names.
