Sure is, hopefully a good sign of things to come in a years time.

Its Moscow Mitch's seat. This is the sort of result that makes the Rep Senators start to think where is this going. Most are fairly cagey when it comes to trump. The more this momentum build against him the easier it gets to vote against in the impeachment. As of right now he wins but the direction of travel is against Trump.

Last nights results will bring Trump's impeachment sharply in to focus for many Republican senators.

There is an appeal to backing the winning side and Trump is not looking like a winner right now.

What’s better is that Trump was campaigning there 24 hours before the election.

What this will do, is teach GOP lawmakers that hitching yourself so closely to Trump may mean that you lose your job next year.
