He's helped sort out the commotion in North Korea, he's robustly yet precisely enforced the principle that chemical weapons should not be used in warfare, and he's proved himself to be a friend to the U.K. with the way he's expelled so many Russian diplomats. No wonder we're rolling out the red carpet for him.
