Donald Trump

The point of the case on the first place was to tie him up in court in other to slow or stop his Presidential run.

Considering it has failed, the judge would most likely overturn the ruling. He is just milking it s little longer.
As I understand it, counsel for both sides requested a delay. Can’t see the judge sentencing Trump now Tbf.

Hush money case delayed again.
I'm not sure it matters any more. The ultra partisan SC have already ruled he's immune form prosecution for anything he does in an official capacity as POTUS (without actually defining what constitutes an official capacity) and there is no reason as far as I am aware that he can't pardon himself anyway come Jan 6th. I'm pretty sure no president has ever pressed to test on that (although I'm sure Nixon was close) but I'm certain there is nothing in the Constitution that says he can't.

It's over. He played the system; he won.

What lawmakers need to do now is to try and ensure this never happens again. I can't see that being it under the current SC, unless it's a Dem elected next President in 4 years time, and then they'll be all over it like a rash.

I think I’m starting to understand the US system. If you have enough money and power, you can actually do whatever you want, and are immune to any form of prosecution.

After all these years, it’s finally proven that the world was never even.

He's just given the Morning Fox host Pete Hegseth the Secretary of Defence Job. In charge of over 2 Million staff and an $800 Billion Budget. Described as one of if not the most important Jobs in the Goverment

You gotta laugh.

Is there a reason you intentionally omitted Hegseth's educational and military background, along with his opinions on war-fighting and readiness, which you did. He may be a poor choice, a very poor choice, but if Trump nominated George Washington you'd complain.

If Kamala (pronounced Kamala) Harris was President-elect Republicans would complain about all her choices.

Hegseth has served in the National Guard, and he has some decent credentials, but in any normal government, he'd wouldn't be given anything more than a mid-level management position in the DoD at best, and maybe with 15 to 20 year's experience under his belt, he might be ready for the top job.

You honestly think Harris would have employe an underqualified and inexperienced TV personality to head up the DoD?
