Oh and Sylvester Stallone has gone right down in my standing a second George Washington do me a fucking favour.
Thankfully we didn't get involved in their Vietnam adventure, but we were made to sit on the naughty step for a while as a result. You think the USA did it out if the goodness of their hearts, they wanted to dominate the world and they have, however China might have a big say on that now with the massive build up of their military. Can you tell me a war the USA have been involved in that the U.K. hasn’t? Gulf war 1/2, Bosnia, Afghanistan . Smaller conflicts like Somalia etc I don’t think anyone asked if they wanted usa to go they do it for regime change to favour them and what they want and when it no longer suits fuck off, Afghanistan been one. 9/11 happened because Bush said he no longer wanted to police the world and took their eye off the ball. Whether they like it or not with great power comes great responsibility, if they pull back and become insular they will only have to do it all again when the orange gibbon has gone and China is taking over Africa for resources (which they already do) but more aggressively and Trump realises how just drilling for oil might not cut it in the new world
For got to mention Korea the forgotten war as wellThankfully we didn't get involved in their Vietnam adventure, but we were made to sit on the naughty step for a while as a result.
We were in that one. I think it's only Vietnam that we haven't actively supported apart from some of the smaller scale stuff in South America /Grenada etc.For got to mention Korea the forgotten war as well
The problem is that vast swathes of the population weren't.Nobody can say the American people weren’t warned.
We don’t have a choice other than to wait and see.I'm very much in the lets wait to see how it actually is camp re trumps second term and have little time for the hysterical scare stories. FFS, though. Come on Muslims, it's not like he was exactly nice to you first time round is it?
Yes, but not one thing has actually changed since November 5 apart from emotional damage to democrat voters. We don’t have a choice other than to wait and see.
With an anti-vax Health Sec, a pro Russian Director of Intelligence, a pedo AG and a pro war crimes Defence Sec, what could possibly go wrong? Those proposed appointments aren’t hysterical scare stories by the way, and neither are Trump’s multiple felony convictions and his status as an adjudicated rapist.
Of course nothing’s changed. He’s not president yet. But even when he is we still have no choice other than to wait and see, and however stupid it gets we still won’t be able to do anything about it. Hopefully the government are putting together contingency plans with allies to mitigate any consequences that may impact us.Yes, but not one thing has actually changed since November 5 apart from emotional damage to democrat voters.
At this rate we could run out of flaming torches and pitchforks before the inauguration
