It does sound ominous but there would be a massive legal argument about the standing of the case / what courts have jurisdiction etc. I would say its more legal fog for Trump than a slam dunk. The issue for him is there is so much fog and his lawyers are literally terrible.

If he had good advice he would go low profile and pay big fees to a big firm to sort him out. The exact opposite of what he has done to date. Pay peanuts and get monkeys.

You obviously didn’t watch as they went through exactly why the Fulton County AG is the one that launched the criminal investigation and why it falls under them/their jurisdiction and no one else’s.

There’s zero legal argument as to the investigations standing or which court has jurisdiction.

I listened and it sounded legit to me but are you really going to send a former president to jail for sedition via a low down court and local level DA. There is no way this goes through that easily.
