He was given leg ups, no doubt. But it's a stretch to say he had nothing going on upstairs to get to where he did.Attacked the world of business?
His father set him up and bailed him out numerous times, he's had more than his fair share of failed business ventures and the businesses he has allegedly made money on have all been called out for having questionable or corrupt business practices.
He's definitely losing his marbles now though.

I’ve never bought into him being thick. Intelligence takes many forms and he must possess some form of intelligence to get where he has.He was given leg ups, no doubt. But it's a stretch to say he had nothing going on upstairs to get to where he did.

The world we live in doesn’t tend to reward the kind of intellect that breeds doubt and insecurity. It rewards confidence that outstrips ability and a pigheaded lack of introspection. Trump doesn’t know much, but he knows this.
He knows that it doesn’t matter how out of his depth he is, as long as he asserts that he belongs, then there will be those that believe him.

Alan Weisselberg (who worked for Fred Trump for 13 years) deserves far more credit for Trump's business success than he gets. Trump obviously gets the credit because he's the business owner and provided the capitol investment.He was given leg ups, no doubt. I think he’s good at sizing people up and reading situations. They are both credible forms of intelligence.Pretty much.
