This is the stormy D case. Cohen pled guilty and was sentenced to 3 years back in 2019. I think he served some in prison but most at home, it was during covid. Trump might have a defence in claiming he had no knowledge and it was all Cohen but then it's a jury trial and Cohen will testify against him. And we will have to see what other evidence there is.

Plenty of time to get this done and get him locked up. It would be very fitting if the stormy D case was the one that got him.

Seems to be a GOP stage show.

Witness who was a friend of Willis before, in her words "Was asked to leave or resign" from her PA role claims Willis lied to the judge about when her relationship started.

If she's disqualified Trump will use it to claim Biden colluded with them both because of the whitehouse meetings they had before the case was filed.
