Yeah the board of directors would have to recommend it but it would have to be in the interest of all three of; the company, the shareholders as well as the share price. Not a chance that happens unless the Board want to end up in prison.

Fairly sure he knows why Trump is doing it, but it is still helpful that he puts context to how unusual a defendant doing this is, especially at this level of litigation.

Trump, in almost every way, is obliterating norms, and doing everything possible to act in bad faith to take advantage of a court system designed to operate in good faith.
