He probably hopefully won't.

But whether or not he's elected President, is down to a handful of States. And the electorate in these States is almost exactly 50-50 divided between Republican and Democrat. Some few 10,000 to 100,000 or so undecided voters in these States will likely decide who the next US President is - this in spite of the fact that Trump will almost certainly lose the popular vote among all States by millions of voters.

Trump trying to be smart by passing on somebody else’s quote about the jury. Except he’s an idiot, quoting somebody does not relieve him of the responsibility of using his platform to amplify this opinion.

Jury tampering is a federal crime, not just a violation of his gag order. It would not surprise me to see this brought up by the prosecution and/or judge in this morning’s proceedings. Trump already got a warning about jury tampering on Tuesday because he was wittering on at a juror in the courtroom. How many warnings will he be allowed? He’s putting jurors at risk and it’s no exaggeration to say that people could die if he is intent on riling up his base against them.

Assistant District Attorney Christopher Conroy now proposes a new order to show cause.
He alleges Donald Trump violated a gag order against him a further seven times.
"It's ridiculous. It's got to stop," Mr Conroy says.

You would think so but from reporter comments it looks like they’re sticking to the hearing currently scheduled for Tuesday. Which means Trump will just keep doing this with impunity until then when he probably gets some meagre fine and a warning. He’s basically just being given a license to crack on knowing he’s yet to have a “first official warning”.

Another case of the judge bending over backwards to seem impartial and in doing so bringing the robustness of the court into disrepute.

Jury selection going great. Started the day with 7, now down to 5. One came in saying they felt after reflecting that they couldn’t be impartial. Another the prosecution found he had misled the court because it appears he’s been involved in another corruption case, that juror was supposed to come in for questions but has gone awol.

More chance of a reach around from Scarlett Johansson than him ever seeing a prison cell after conviction, let alone for contempt of court.

Even the prosecution have suggested each tweet ‘only’ be a $3k fine.

It's making a complete mockery of the justice system.

The judge is trying to keep the show on the road and not "give trump what he wants" but when you take all serious punishment off the table because you're scared of the backlash, you just hammer home how above the law Trump is to the jurors and everyone watching.
