To maintain your personal self-control in the face of spitting, snarling scrotes and shit-heads is something that I am personally incapable of.

Respect to anyone doing the job when their only aim is to make sure that decent people can have a trouble-free night, which is the vast majority of the guys trying to earn a living in the doorman trade.

its not nice, its even worse when a women does it, ive been kneed in balls twice, luckily no damage but as i dont punch women i just booted them in the leg so i was ok but they probably had a dead leg next morning.Not something i wanted to do but if it was a bloke it wouldve been a punch.

I am one of them doorman who isnt too handy with my fists but am very good at talking and calming situation down, dont get paid enough to be fighting all night with idiots.
