Why not Christmas transferNext summer baby.
Its now we need him.I honestly see us letting Villa keep him for a season just to maintain a good relationship but he could genuinly be a revelation in our current midfield

Doesn't need to be to replace rodri. Different teams play different styles of football, so could require a different type of cdm. No point having rodri against 7iverpoo2 they don't go through midfield. The ball goes over midfield or down the side. So an intelligent, mobile cdm that can cover the ground is more beneficial. I've wanted him back as soon as he left and realised we had a buy back. Its a no brainer, which means we won't be getting him.the kid is now ready, much better showing & puts a good shift in without the ball
Rodri unfortunately doesn't cut the mustard imo
Ask ChelseaIs there not a maximum number we can loan out?
Yes,Pep rated him and wanted to keep him,but silly red tape prevented it.Was it work permit issues which prevented us from keeping him? Was strange selling him for so cheap despite a decent loan spell at Girona.
Definitely give him another season at Villa and then go in for him.
Buybacks normally have a window at the end of the season we're they can be activated. Why not Christmas transfer

No such thing as "normal" where football contracts are concerned. The buyback can be for the full length of their new contract with varying conditions.Buybacks normally have a window at the end of the season we're they can be activated.
