RL it is what the Aussies called it going back 30 year plus. Never heard it in association rules, and the pivot would be the play maker more of an attacking midfielder.it's a term widely used in US soccer, American football, ice hockey, skating and fuckin' ballet dancing! It used to be called 'Anchorman' in the UK but since been bastardised and used frequently our American 'siddy' fans on here. It has crept into rugby league too.
DM is fairly recent too replacement term of anchorman.

Of all the teams in the CL last 16, not one is a current league leader. That group of teams includes PSG, Bayern, Juventus, and the mighty Liverpool.
Lille are top of Ligue 1. Tottenham are top of the PL. Milan (who haven't been good in a LONG time) are top of Serie A. Leverkusen are top of Bundesliga. Sporting CP (who haven't won a league since 2001/02) are top of the Portuguese league. Real Sociedad are top of La Liga.

But we're at an even lower than we normally would be due to the same circumstances affecting everyone else. And that lack of preseason is a legitimate reason.
This specific season is making people think that we're far worse than we actually are.
My point was every team that's good is playing below their actual level. Liverpool and Bayern might be at the top of the table but they aren't the juggernaut they were last year running away with it.

But it is blatantly obvious that you didn't read or understand the complex difference between comparing players from being world class to only very good players by your first reply and then further replies talking of league placings and disappointment, barking up the wrong tree but you wouldn't be told and quite possibly still won't be for a 4th or is it the 5th time now?

Personally, I think we've tried to be cunning with transfers, and it hasn't worked out for us. No doubt, when we come to finally replacing Aguero, we won't go out and buy Haaland for £120m (ish), we'll go for a potentially great striker, that most of us have never heard of, for £75m.
But, aside from recruitment issues, who is leading us? If Kompany is still at City, are we playing like this? Not a chance. We do 't even have a definitive captain. Who even wants the armband? No drive, no emotion, no leadership, and, at times, no desire.
