Iheanacho looks lean, strong and pretty quick to me; reminds me/looks a lot like Sturridge when he was trying to break into the first team to me; probably not totally "ready" (whatever that actually means in the context of a footballer) but he'll cause some defenders a lot of problems due to his raw talents. He'll have to learn and adapt to Premier League football and what better way to do it than by playing (from time to time) in the Premier League (?). I'd rather have a hungry Iheanacho than a pissed off/moody arse Dzeko every day of the week. Dzeko's City time has been and gone, thanks and all that, but it's time for a change of scenery for our "Bosnian Diamond".
