Really? I have terrible sinuses to begin (had a blocked right ear which I've had seen 3 times.. I can still hear, if you know what I mean) any liquids I should avoid?

I notice it more when I have any menthol/spearmint flavours. Must be a bit too harsh.

Can anyone tell me what the difference is between a CE4 tank and a CE5? Also I've just got a vivi nova tank and apart from it being extremely large it's miles better than the CE4 tanks I've used but how long do the wicks last?

One has wick, one doesn't.
And if the viva nova is anything like the pro tank I've got then the atomizer heads only need replacing around every 3 weeks or so.
Think CE5 is rebuilable - new coil, tube etc, whereas CE4 is chuck away. So you'll save a bit of money. Just got myself a pro tank 2, nice bit of kit no wicks.
