Would be a decent squad addition. Problem is, the squad places for his position are full already. Any signing in that area now has to be an instant starter and would only happen if there's a departure. If that happens, he is a downgrade. Doesn't make sense.

Not a player I rate as a City player, so hopefully not true, don’t want another transfer mistake.

I think we could offer Phillips , McAtee or Kabore as part of the deal and cut that fee down.

They will always be separate deals but could see a McAtee loan or Kabore deal definitely. Don't think Glasner would be interested in Phillips.

Bayern got Olise for £45m so don’t see any need for City to pay more for Eze, if indeed they want to sign him at all.

Don’t have to pay a release clause, just walk away. £60m+ is too much for him.

Eze is a good player. I don't think he's a KDB replacement (who is) but I think he'd be a nice addition to the squad.

Wharton is needed more. We’ve got enough in wide areas.

100%. Olise is a wonderful signing for Bayern. After that, Wharton is the only palace player worth talking about.

Eze above average but nowhere near our level.

Yep! The problem is the club won’t do £100m plus transfers so we aren’t going to get the next level players as the club doesn’t want to.
