People need to relax. Ask yourself this, why would Eden not want this?

Love the screams that build up to the shot, and then the noise.

I think there's a liitle moment when Mancini nearly collapses with fatigue before he gets another wind

And the 4th official doesn't even bother to tell Mancini to get back to his technical area

That's set me off again, not got emotional over it for a few days. Great video. Favourite bit is the baby hug Bob gives Kidd, legs wrapped round and everything.

Bollocks to that, I definitely want him. Seems like a great player from the small bit Ive seen and have no problem with his attitude.

Still confident hes ours.

Without sound all doom and gloom on what basis are you that confident?.
From what Hazard himself is saying about playing time, his dad mentioning that it he may need to go one below (however that is interpreted) and rumours abound all over the French press it seems to me that is destination is the Rags.

I don't believe everything that is written in the press or the hourly Twitter rumours. However reading between the lines and thinking logically about what Hazard is saying I can only think he is signing for United. I hope i'm wrong but I do not share your or others over optimism.

I would go and read Damocles pre-match analysis of the Derby on the Bluemoon blog which may help answer some questions. Especially the paragraph regarding the efficient and well oiled but ultimately soulless football they play http://www.bluemoon-mcfc.co.uk/Blog/ind ... -revealed/

It's not just about playing time, it's about what he'll be doing when he's playing. From the sounds of it he's not going to want 90 minutes week in week out playing as a designated left winger. Nor 90 minutes doing little more than getting knock downs from Rooney/Wellbeck and passing it out to Nani or Valencia. I think City is at present the only viable option where he will be able to truly express himself as a footballer. Bit hard to call on Chelsea due to the obvious limitations of not even having a manager.

Still get the same feeling watching the vid as I did at the ground. No matter how many times I watch it.

On Hazard, I must admit i've not really seen him play much. Mostly that's been Internationals and he looked like he was trying to do everything himself, not really that well.
I'm sure he's a totally different prospect to the games i've seen him, otherwise teams wouldnt be clamouring to sign him now he's available.

Has anyone on here actually watched him extensively (not highlight reels) and if so can you shed some more light as to just how good he really is?

I've not watched any of his matches not even YouTube clips all I know is, that league is poor and where ever he ends up it will be a reality check for the lad! It even took Ronaldo 2 seasons to get to grips of the premier! I'd even go as far as to say Moses of Wigan would look world class in that league

The French league is probably most similar to the Premier league with it's physical nature, rough challenges, lots of fouls etc.

That's probably one reason why players from Ligue 1 tend to adapt so well and quickly to the prem. The quality of that league hasn't stopped so many world class players from plying their trade elsewhere.

The French league is said to be defensively sound (I can't back that up, as I've only seen Lille games and a Montpellier a couple times).

I could believe it though, as it has the least goals conceded in Europe's top leagues.

Why are talkshite peddling the myth that the rags are his preferred destination ? They're also coming out with some bollocks that Arsenal have signed him.
