i guess when you hang out in a big group like this, everybody's periods sync up.

you guys need to chill the fuck out. if you were 21 contemplating several multi-million pound contracts, you'd take your sweet time too. he doesn't owe anybody anything until he signs his name on the line.

until then, ease up on this sense of entitlement...it's kind of pathetic. we have a championship team with or without hazard.

I quite followed the forums what they say, I tried to talk to them but they are really to throw up.

Hazard to treat all of arrogant little asshole all because he's a little wait. They think that because they won the title players should suck the balls to Mancini and sign voluntarily. The reluctance of Hazard does not make them happy at all because it puts them in their place, and shows them that they still work to do before dominating the Premier League.

I left them over there:

That is already creeping into our support. On here anyway.
Speaking for myself, I don't have a sense of entitlement, only the expectation that a player we are involved with should have the graciousness too maybe stop talking about how he might go to us, or he might go to our enemies, until after the transfer is done.

It doesn't help anyone. It does nothing but big himself up. It's arrogant. And I'd say that whether he was signing for us or not.

We're not entitled to sign him, but we are entitled to a bit of respect.

Hazard doesn't help himself (or us equally) with his public auctioning of himself in media.

It was pretty poor what he was doing in last week or so. Never saw that before.

maybe i missed something specific, but i just don't trust the media at all. they will embellish and just plain fabricate things to get some readers. add to that, every time he's in public he gets a microphone shoved in his face with 100 questions to follow. what can he really say in that situation? he doesn't have to rush his decision for everyone else's convenience.

if i had three companies competing to employ me, you can be fucking positive i would milk it for all it's worth. and if anyone says they'd do otherwise, i call them a liar...or a fool. of course he's going to try to get maximum salary, playing time, etc. he's talking about signing a contract that's the length of a quarter of his life thusfar. good for him...shows he's not a fucking moron.

we're obviously biased, but i think we all agree that city has the most to offer. take solace in that and sleep easy. if he decides not to come here, it's because he's scared he won't get playing time. and if that's the case, who wants his insecure ass on our squad anyway? if he's not confident in himself, why should we be confident in his abilities?

we're going to have another full week of media speculation and bullshit. prepare yourselves. in fact, take a break....come back next saturday and see what he decides. go splash some cold water on your face and pull yourselves together.

No mate, I don't have absolute any problem with him trying to milk it and not running to us as soon as we call him. There's more chance he could be rag than City fan actually so there's 99% of chances he doesn't feel a shit about City.

But it's classless to do an interview (and it's real one, TV interview so no media lies) and say - It's between Manchester City, Manchester United and Chelsea.

That's really disrespectful for any of 3 teams and their fans. Specially when 2 of those 3 are arch rivals.

I can't imagine anyone saying - it's between Barcelona and Real Madrid. Well, anyone but Eden boy.

To be honest, I would obviously like him to come here and I think he most probably will. I wouldn't care at all if he chose Chelsea and would hate if he chose rags as they would suddenly come up to the sun again and be themselves - arrogant twats.

Exactly, and I take issue with anybody having a pop at City fans for objecting to that.

People should really think before they post.

I'm almost totally convinced that players/management/journalists/agents/whoever look at forums like this to get information they may want/need.

He's 21 years old and never been under the stresses of a big move like this before! Some of the comments and things being said about him here are bizarre, not to mention that a lot of it could have come from his agent and not him!!!

You never know he could be reading this and this thread COULD be the reason he won't sign for us. I hope not, because it's the silent majority who don't feel the same way.

(As I said COULD, before I'm quoted as stating it as a fact.)
