if he goes to chelsea then hes a wimp who wants an easy ride into a team!!
That's a ridiculous outlook, he's thinking about his career and if he thinks he will get the most game time at Chelsea & he goes there then fair play to him, it's just annoying because had they lost to Bayern he'd of been a City player 100%

Think hes joining chelsea, gonna build a team around him, gauranteed starter, just won the champions league and hes based in london plenty of reasons for him to go there.
Plenty of reasons not to as well.

If he goes to Chelsea then so be it! We always said that we wanted players that had a passion to play for us but this never seems to.have been the case with Hazard. There's nothing wrong with weighing up options but if the term mercenary has to be used then i believe it's the correct time, he's been playing three massive clubs perfectly to orchestrate the best deal, and i don't think he actually cares which of the three he goes to.

If he comes then great, if he doesn't then i think he is a moron.
Best post of the thread.

Chelsea do have some of the best players though, Mata, cole, lampard, ivanovic, ramires, Chelsea are a good team, people seem to think there shite, when they clearly arent.

Barely seen Hazard play and considering his ego I wouldn't regard it as a devasting or even minor blow if he goes elsewhere. He seems more suited to the undisputed most egotistical club in the world or Chelsea (who aren't too far behind)

In boxing egotistical personalities are good. Haye and Chisora (even if he's a scum fan) embody controversy and the trash talk that makes that sport interesting for me. There's no point moaning about the image of boxing when the basic premise of the sport is about beating the hell out of an opponent. Just that fact alone is enough to give it a negative image in some people's thoughts (not mine) and it will never have the positive image supposedly ruined by Haye and Chisora. In football a little more humility is good hence why Kompany merits a billion times more respect than a thug like Rooney ever will.

Of course some would say Balotelli has an ego but there's likeable ego and insufferable ego. Balotelli is the former and Hazard definitely seems to be the latter.

Odds to CFC just dropped from 1/6 to 1/4 and rags gone from 5/1 to 3/1.

We still sixes.
You may as well read the star signs to guess where he is going.

Transfer odds just follow the money. We were 7's, I put a tenner on it and we went to 6-1. That's how small the market is.

This may be completely random,I have worked in shipping for over 30 years and I have just been asked for the first time ever for a price to Lille,France....
Could be nothing......

The fact that chelsea finsihed 20 odd points behind us and won the champions league on others missing penalties suggest the team isnt as great as people make out.

Chelsea will be a force next season. They're clearly going to spend big this summer.

4-2-3-1 - Hulk, Hazard and Mata in behind Falcao?).

Edited.

I think they'll sign Modric too.

Depends who they get as manager. Keeping Di Matteo would be a mistake imo, another Dalglish, Stuart Pearce.

Because of AVB. I guarantee if they'd kept Ancelotti theyd of been top 2/3.

I'm not so sure, I think AVB was a convenient scapegoat for the obvious decline in an ageing squad

You cant guarantee anything of the sort and if they finished 20 points behind us because of AVB that indicates that players played beneath themselves because of problems with the manager which is disgraceful.

If he goes to Chelsea he has been lying about the decision being based on where and how much he will play...they don’t even have a manger to tell him ffs

His tactics/team selections are where the bulk of the blame lies. You can't play his brand of football with those players.

Not only that, Villas-Boas alienated many players in his squad by telling several of them from day one that they weren't part of his plans, and then had to rely on those same players.
