Bale is overrated a lot in England. Hazard in top of the form is a better winger than Bale . Bale has a very average dribbling ability. Bale need space to make the difference without space is simple useless beacuse is dribbling is average at best and a winger who can't dribbler loses most of its dangerousness. Just see the big games played by Bale. in the last classicos for example has always been invisible, because alba has never left him the space to pick up speed. Bale is fast but not enough agile and quick for a winger.
However we don't need Hazard, we have Sterling who is similar to him.

Keep dribbling, I'd rather have Bale than Hazard
 
Hazard is a quality player, he was one of the best in the league last season, can't see us going for him though or Chelsea selling to us. Not sure he is what we need anyway as we have similar players already, unless we are looking to offload someone.
 
I'd rather have Isco. Hopefully he fujs off to Madrid and opens up an Isco move to us.
 
Never really bought into the Hazard hype. He's clearly got bags of ability, but he doesn't do a whole lot with it. He dribbles past people, but usually only when running away from goal instead of towards it, he rarely seems to actually contribute goals or assists. He reminds me of Moussa Dembele, you look at him and think he can do it all, yet he never really does much. He's a bit too Nasri-like for my taste, not enough balls to turn his ability into results. I much prefer the directness of a Bale type winger, even if he isn't apparently as pretty in his ball control
