That just pisses me off because why doesn't he do that more often? Normally he just hovers around waiting for the ball but if he actually put a shift in and took players on like he did there he wouldn't have so many people on his back so often.

Edin is much more effective in the box. He shouldn't change his game bacause some so called "fans" are on his back. Let's see more if the goals from Edin that took us to the title!!

Seeing that again, it fucks me off even more that Yaya decided to stop running and not support him
That's because 9/10 times Edin would give the ball away in this situation. Tours knows that and that's why he never committed to making a run. Who can blame him.

I think it's far more likely Yaya gave up because he thought the pass to Edin was overhit, which it was, but Edin did a great job to keep it in and try and make something happen.

Shades of Adebayor against Arsenal at the Etihad. His run was a bit more impressive though.

Overall Dzeko was awful today. That run does not take anything away from his elephants touch. Such a frustrating player.

I think it's far more likely Yaya gave up because he was his usual lazy self today

Re: Edin Dzeko

Say what you like but Edin hands over the possession to the opposition way to often. Out of the four strikers I rate him the least.

Yet when push comes to shove, he is the man who will get you the important goal.

thougth exactly the same during the match...just dont understand his lack of effort sometimes......cause when he does he is a great player
