Can't understand why Mancini took him out today...He managed to hold up play, and helped produce some of the few chances City had. Set up Aguero once on a 100% opportunity, and had two dangerous crosses, one that Ashley Cole almost made a mess of. Tevez didn't manage to make much of an impact.

Overall a good match by City.

Is harsh, outside of Siva, Dzeko has probably the best through ball in the entire squad. First touch of an elephant.

Wondering about his mentality now

with a player of his mold it's not much about mentality it's about the service and he didn't get much...it's fair to say that going forward he put in more dangerous balls into the box than anyone of the attacking players...and aguero should have buried that chance in the first half but heading isn't his specialty and he did have to generate a lot more power on that ball which is a difficult thing for sure...

anyway no service, no goals...

and some comments on here are really harsh...

Decent finisher but as a footballer he's utter wank.

Either keep him on the bench or sell him in January

Nope. Both played wank. Neither have been great so far this season, which goes for pretty much the entire squad, but their list of negatives is quite clearly not as severe as Edin's

All 4 strikers have been shit. How clearly not as severe when edin is the top goal scorer.

I keep hoping he will get the ball and use his strength to go past a defender but his arms come out at the side as if to balance himself and he's as soft as playdough and get's nudged not fucking shoved off the ball far too easily.

Read the list and understand why those negatives aren't as big a problem for a 'super sub'
