Edin Dzeko

I'd sell either of Mario and Edin, if we could land David Villa.

Kun, Villa, Tevez would be great.
Villa??? Lets sell a player that is never injured is 27 and scores goals for someone that is always injured and is in his 30s that makes perfect sense.

Not really what I'm saying though.

If we get a good offer for Edin or Mario we should sell as we really need to fix our books.

Then we'll need a not too expensive player who can do a great job together with the other strikers we have at our disposal, who preferably offers something a bit different from what we already have. Villa fits that description. And he's still a very clinical striker in great shape physically. Also the fact that he and Silva were amazing together at Valencia doesn't hurt does it?

If we do sell him we need to buy a striker that has a future and that is young we don't need a temporary fix IMO. Another aguero that is young and scores goals. Plus tevez will be gone in a year or so, he already said he is moving back to Argentina

If we can get close to 25m I'd sell. Get Villa in and then in the summer sell Tevez and Mario and get in Falcao or Cavani and promote Guidetti

We'd have a much improved forward line and the wages would likely be cut in the process

I can't see Dzeko leaving in January.

That would leave us with Aguero, Tevez, Balotelli and Guidetti.

Sure, it looks good on paper, but Balotelli has been woefully out of form this season. Guidetti is a month or two away from being ready for first team action. That really only leaves us Tevez and Aguero for 4 months.

I could definitely see Balotelli leaving in January, but Dzeko? No chance.

In order for Dzeko to move who is City going to realistically sign in this window? In my view we can forget any Fiorentina, Napoli, Atletico Madrid and maybe Barcleona players as there are happy to stay at their clubs.

I don't see Dzeko leaving. He has been our best striker up to this point in the season so its going to be hard to let him go. He has begun to figuring out things in the starting role and is scoring goals there now as opposed to coming off the bench so I'm happy with him for now.

Aguero has been injured all season so we haven't seen his true style of play yet and his form of last year but he has shown glimpses of it. Let him get a few more games under his belt and we will be fine.

Balotelli.... I think enough as been said about his play this year.

Tevez has had a good work rate this year. He was hot early in the year but then has trailed off some but is still solid.

If anybody is leaving right now, its going to be Balotelli and not Dzeko. Dzeko is too valuable to the club right now to let him go unless we have a suitable replacement.

Only someone with half a fuckin brain would sell their top scorer ,especially one that has had a lot less game time than the rest and is the only one with a natural finishing ability and to discuss anything less than £25 million would be the other half of the brain missing.

I can't see City risking it and selling our top scorer, even if we do sign a striker in this window. Too much 'what ifs' to take this gamble.

Right now Dzeko is our most consistent scorer, and with the Rags in reaching distance, we will need all the firepower we can get to make one last push.

Nope, Inter. If anything, wait till summer arrives.

Nastasic says otherwise, Jovetic said he's open to a move, Lavezzi joined PSG in the summer.
