Where has he said that? Jovetic is vice captain of Fiorentina and I don't think he is willing to quit them until he finishes the job at his current club. As for Lavezzi he wanted to leave but he waited to the end of last season.

I think we may see quite a turnover in players both in and out during the summer
I can see Balotelli leaving in January, but not Dzeko. He is scoring goals atm and if we sold him and Balotelli, that would leave us with Aguero, Tevez and Guidetti (who isn't fit yet). However, I think that by the end of the summer, Dzeko and Balotelli will be gone.

Dzeko will go in the summer.
I reckon we are lining up a biggie. I really do think this summer will be great for us. Gutted to say farewell to Edin but he's a square peg in a round hole.

Both aren't solid sources and doesn't prove much as Fiorentina are still have a very good chance of qualifying for next seasons Champions League. I could understand if this was the Summer window, but not now.
