Edin Dzeko

I’ve not seen him play for a while but whilst at City he used to frustrate me. He scored some great goals but if he wasn’t up for a game he used to stroll around - I remember quite a few posters on here used to get on his back on the post match threads much to the annoyance of the Bosnian fans who would always defend him.
Has he changed as a player? I know he’s been very prolific at Roma and he’s always been good in the air.

we’re struggling at striker.

we won’t buy now because we want to in summer.

we’re talking about someone to come in and help out and offer something short term. It’s a fantastic idea to bring him in for the last 20 games and cup games as rotation.

Plus he’d bring all his muppet fans back on here. They spent 3 years being the most annoying wankers we’ve seen before or since. Spent the whole time calling Aguero a useless dwarf.

Have to agree. A short-term signing always seems a longshot, even though there are examples in recent history. But a veteran player that isn't known for his work rate makes for an even slimmer chance.

Not to mention Džeko's form improved substantially at Roma.

Hopefully they would war with the Algerian Mahrezists and keep everyone else out of it.
