well.... obviously i'm a big mario's fan anyway i've nothing against dzeko starting games , particularly at stoke , given that mario will be unavailable

i think mario largely is the better player but i must concede i'm not sure he would never had been able to make an assist to tevez like the one dzeko did on sunday

Dzeko for me, but Balotelli's performance at the Euros shows what he can do

Aguero and Tevez are the choice at the moment. Once the Cup games start then they we will be able to use our squad

One thing that bothers me a but about Balotelli is that he appears to only get wound up for the big games, and he's more likely to get an opportunity in the Cups.

Other than his goal, Dzeko was shocking in the QPR game. I think he's better coming on as a sub than starting.

Start with Balo, bring on Dzeko later.

He gives the ball away less, works harder defensively, has the quickness of thought and has a better goal record than Dzeko.

In fact, he has the second best goals to minutes ratio in the entire league less year, just behind Cisse

But when you take into account he only has one assist to his name all season, compared to our other unselfish strikers that's not so surprising.

In 2559 PL mins for City, Dzeko has scored 18 and assisted 8.
In 2506 PL mins for City, Balo has scored 19 but assisted only 3.

So in terms of a goal contribution for the team Dzeko is ahead.

Just out of curiosity, how many of Mario's goals are penalties?

Dzeko for me, Mario shouldve been following up Tevez's miss at Anfield instead of stopping on the 18yd to watch like a window licker!
Mario and Dzeko would work on the domestic front after champs league games, but Mario and Tevez isn't really working right now, I like Balo but he needs to put more team performances in before he gets the nod ahead of the rest!

Mario for me, any moment he can do something amazing. Works the other way too perhaps but Dzeko has been inconsistent
