Tevez is ideally suited to playing on the right of a three, and there have been many occassions over the last two years where it looked like this was the natural way to accomodate ALL of our best players... yet it hasn't happened once.
More confusing still is that he's played on the left - to very little effect. Either I'm wrong and I've missed whatever it might be that makes him unsuitably for the right, or, my guess (as we're talking about two managers never selecting him there) is that he has let it be known he's not interested.
Cavani on the other hand has played there extensively.
Straight away, he would openup one very interesting attacking line-up, Balo-Edin-Cav as the trio, Silva in behind, width from the fullbacks.
