Edinson Cavani

Tevez is ideally suited to playing on the right of a three, and there have been many occassions over the last two years where it looked like this was the natural way to accomodate ALL of our best players... yet it hasn't happened once.

More confusing still is that he's played on the left - to very little effect. Either I'm wrong and I've missed whatever it might be that makes him unsuitably for the right, or, my guess (as we're talking about two managers never selecting him there) is that he has let it be known he's not interested.

Cavani on the other hand has played there extensively.

Straight away, he would openup one very interesting attacking line-up, Balo-Edin-Cav as the trio, Silva in behind, width from the fullbacks.

Tevez, Balotelli, Dzeko, Jo, Bellers, Roque, Caicedo, Adebayor, all on the books and turning up for the first day of pre-season at Carrington as it stands. Lose five and we could have a dip into the market, as it is no chance!

the ones that will be gone
thats five
well more

i dont think we need cavani as we have dzeko i would prefer someone who plays on the shoulder of the centre back making runs into space and the one i rate is rossi from villa real his movement and his goal scoring ability is first class he has improved ten fold since leaving the rags.i think him being fead by silva and another we be great to see.

cavani aside has anyone been watching the porto villareal match tonight? that falcao is a goal machine he is worth a look surley, scored 4 tonight and 3 last week, he was at city already this season doing skill skool against city youth team for soccer am hopefully we tapped him up!!!!!!!!!!!!

That's six! In which case I think we would be in the market for one top striker and make Guidetti our fourth front man, don't and he'll go as he is out of contract in summer i think?

oops corrected it now and i dont think guidetti will be here next season having rejected a new contract shame really

is Caicedo not coming back? he's been the only good thing about Levantes season, i think given some time he could be quite the striker

i dont think he'll be coming back, city have'nt got the time to wait for phil to be better than he is now, for that he'd have to retire.

City are selling him for £1,000,000 and then Levante are selling him for upwards of £8,000,000 to another La Liga team :|
