Effective Ticket Price Protest

But only City's crowds are ever subject to press attention.

That's why turning up late for games by 15 minutes would just feed media stereotypes.

For this interested in protesting and want to catch attention.

A) Kiev at home - stand outside Old Trafford and protest for the first half. It could be called the home of greed protest and get people to sit up and take notice.

B) In 93:20 that is supposed to be Premium Seats. Everyone could turn up with head guards on to a game to remind the Club that we were coined by Scousers a few weeks ago (with some families intimidated) partly as a result of the Club's money first policy in this area.

C) All Blues to turn up on time - sing loud and proud - and applaud the team off at the end, regardless of the result. This really would shock people. At the end of te game we could raise fair price banners!

I like the word 'stereotype' although I do not like the fact that the media have artificially made us into this. The media can and do paints most things we do in a negative light for example the booing of the UEFA anthem and criticism of our better than most crowds in the ECL qualifiers. Although it might be a seven day wonder I cannot see anything we might do being treated as positively as the Liverpool action.Certainly doing anything outside the Swamp would be turned against us. Not sure about the 93;20 seats - I did see some figures that show how much the club gets from the new hospitality areas compared with what they would get from us peasants. Most of us turned up on time for the Everton semi - did we get any credit for that after all the balls about it being empty?

Perhaps I am too old for protests. A lot of us are.

Yes. I realise many of us had got old the day Mark Hughes had got sacked. We all know he was a rag but surely his treatment (back in the old days) would have been worthy of a Mini riot on the Maine Road forecourt.

Turn up with £20 note photo copy face masks. The tennis ball on the pitch thing would look funnier with many inflatible balls with giant £ symbols in them. Everyone in the stadium must bring one. On the 20th minute, release them...

No money shot masks though.

Haha! Yes that Hughes goal was supposedly the highlight of the game!

Supposed to be....but I was never one to follow 'supposed to be'....

It was when United were being messed about by Knighton, Fergie was nearly sacked, their fans were led in shame from the North Stand and those that we still left were caught on camera absolutely horrified as Hinchie celebrated number 5. Hughes highlight? Noooooooo.

Saw David White the other day as big as a house and couldn't help thinking if he is still a mardarse?
