First job is to buy in extra bleach.Domestos is best..do not skimp on cheapo stuff.
Daily start to bleach all plug holes as spiders like climbing up them.
Bleach all overflow resseses too.

Fly spray insectisides will not nessasaraly kill them but it will make them giddy.
We got one caught in a glass tumbler last year and squited in Johnsons fly spray.
It was dizzy and lost its cordination and it could not stand up proper even if it did had eight legs.
After a 10 minute stint we let it go in the garden and it couln't even walk.
So use this every time you go out and spray the house thouroughly.
Spray it around the windows and doors.
If we work together we survive.

Its the way they move and look at you everything about their mannerisms.

I may have mentioned this before.. i am not sure but it is a true tale.
I was lay on the floor reading the paper in front of the fire and I caught a movement out of the corner of my eye
I never flintched but was spacially aware of a presence of some kind.
I slowly turned my head around and it did the same.
It was massive and i could not breath eh with liquid fear.
It was slike a scene from a spagetti western as we eyeballed each other but without the music.
I had alread been rolling up my daily mail slowly and i think it knew it was game on as it was making little trot movements forward.

I went for the attack and i cracked it a few times and it was sprinting for the telly and sanctuary.
It took a final leap yes it leaped as it must have bene a jumping spider and it also screeched.
I definatly heard it make a noise like a scream and they can apparantly do this when in great distress they can yelp out.
Read up on it on wikipedia.
It leapt onto the curtain and dropped down into the wiring and was gone.
I did not go onto the floor again for weeks.

Stay safe we are not alone : /
