Robinho 90% (40 passes)

Elano 82% (68)
SWP 80% (40)
Kompany 73% (60)

Can we end this silliness now.

well accoring to some guy who listened to the game on the radio and some woman who works for the bbc, he made loads of bad passes.

The way some of you go on about Elano it's like he has shagged your wife and pissed all over your kids.

The guy is a top top player, always has been always will be and the only reason some people think he has been shit is because you have been expecting him to perform like he did v Newcastle and M'Boro last year when no one knew him and when he was playing much further up.

If you had an ounce of footballing knowledge about the game you will see what he brings to the game and to the players around him and not highlight his 3 bad passes out of his 60 he made.

Makes me laugh The Oracle has joined in slagging him off. That lad would still vote for Richard Dunne to be the pilot to relocate us all to the moon even if the DunneyMoster had fucked up the plane.

Fuck me, another post from FDM i agree with, I must be high!
is that Father Dougal who arose from the dead and became The Immaculate Pasta on the third day after his resurrection?

Whilst I agree Elano had a good game, those stats don't show the whole story.

Most of Elano's were just simple sideways passes whilst Superman's were all forward thinking and he was the player that ran the show IMO

I'm still wary of playing Ireland & Elano in the same side together away from home.

He can't win can he, half the Elano detractors accuse him of only going for Hollywood passes, the other half accuse him of being a crab. They're all wrong.

Assist attempts - Ireland 6, Elano 5, SWP 4, Robinho 3, Kompany 0.

Stop ruining peoples fantasies mate

Elano is the worst player ever to play for City and little things such as FACTS wont change peoples minds.

and the standard deviation from the mean? :)

I'll tell you what folks - I don't want Elano to leave City.

If he went up for sale he is one of the only players that we have who may actually attract interest from 1 of the current top 4 teams.

Like the rest of the tem he's sufferred a lack of confidence but today he was one of out best players.

Yes he fluffed 5 or 6 passes but that was when the game was dead and buried and in my mind in order to build a quality squad we need more players like him that would noy look out of place at teams like Liverpool and Chelsea.

Why campaign to get rid of him? It just dosen't make sense.

I have a stat for the standard deviation between your posts on Elano tonight and common sense.

I don't think Ric could afford the bandwidth, it's a big number.

Elano had his best game for City in ages. Let's have some consistency from club and player.
