Because they would have to advertise somehow and if they’re not then it’s a possible scam, but might not be. That’s the definition of being suspicious, you’d need to ensure that the company is genuine yourself. By paying to appear on a comparison site, but not paying switching commission, would be the best way for them to get found. The other options are billboard or media advertising, mailing campaigns and cold-calling but these seem rather costly options to me.Why suspicious? It's a marketing site, not citizens advice
