Seen him only two times, but very raw talent. Lot of work to be done to become a top class consistent CB. He has the potential tho.

But for me Hummels or Benatia would be choice. Dont think any of them would cost more than Mangala.

If Mangala starts for French at the WC with a few good games, his price will go up, better to make the transfer really early on or we wil pay 5-10m more.

Hummels would not fit in at all, Benatia would be great tho.

Benatia all day long for me ....

AS Monaco have also been watching Eliaquim Mangala of FC Porto, but the Portuguese side are demanding between €45m-€55m for the player, who remains in advanced talks with Manchester City, we understand.

Pretty sure Mangala is also of Congolese decent, like Vinny, so you throw in th Belgian link as well and it wouldn't be surprising if Mangala looked up to him. Might not be the same Congo, I get confused by these countries with the same name tbh
