He hasn't made a single appearance, even as a sub, so far.

But he is in the squad training and may be needed and concentrating on that fact

The France team manager has been quoted as telling all his players to forget transfers until their world cup is over. Maybe he's just doing as he's told.

Since when did national team managers tell clubs or players agents what to do ? Can you imagine Hodgeson telling City we cant sell or buy a player because he's on international duty with England. We'd tell him to go and fuck himself.

Who cares if he is supposedly messing us about? Once he signs, He is a Manchester City player then he can't f-uck us about. He is a good defender and with him next to Kompany, That is the stuff of wet dreams, Mourinho will absolutely hate it if Mangala signs for us, We need to win this psychological war over Chelsea, Nice and early. Mourinho's agent is also the agent of guess who? Eliaquim Mangala, It will rub him up the wrong way, This is more than a transfer signing in my opinion.

Lets think of Mangala as a beautiful, rich, snobby posh woman who ignored you the first time you approached her, Then on the second approach she gave you a minute and still rejected you, On the third attempt she caves in and you get her into bed, You know she is a b-itch but she is worth the hassle when you are having all that carnal lust with her. Eliaquim Mangala is our beautiful, rich, snobby posh woman, Just get him into bed and then he has to dance to our tune.

Sorry mate, your analogy doesn't work for me. I would fuck her arse dry, blow a stone in her eye, call her a skank and throw her out the door.

Not sure he's worth all this money and he can't get in french team

Sounds familiar...

Your opinion on Fernandinho's worth and the fee
Your rather colourful description of the Fernandinho deal
A rehash of the same logic you have used above with regards to Paulinho and Fernandinho
Finally, another example of your flawless logic

You need some new material, buddy. You're not putting the effort in any more it seems.

Haha!

Re: Eliaquim Mangala

We have £40 million to spend. Maybe we can buy Mangala for £20 million and £20 million( + Nastasic) for Benatia.

It is doable.

Wouldnt get Mangala for £20M, be more like £30M.

But a back 3 of Kompany, Benatia and Mangala would be awesome.

If we know how to negotiate we should be able to get him for £20 million (+add ons ?) .

Not sure why we need three defenders at the back though.

Maybe, but what would you do with our attacking midfielders then. Assuming we play 2 strikers, 2 CMs, and 2 WBs (3-5-2), we will have to choose between Nasri, Silva, Navas, Milner and Jovetic for 1 Attacking Midfielder slot. And that doesn't even take into account that that AM would most likely not be a winger (rules out Milner and Navas).

Re: Eliaquim Mangala

Sorry if this has been fielded previously, but I don't read the transfer forum regularly. Could we say, pay 15 million for Mangala/other centre back this window, and then pay it in instalments for say 10 million for the next 2 years. Freeing up money to go in for Sanchez as well this window?
