The telling bit for me was him saying they lost sight of the bond between the fans and the club. He's been here, what, 8.5 years and doesn't understand our 'DNA' and the passion for, and bond we have with, City.

Too fucking busy with his vision of CFG and the rest of the world to bother about his core customers here in Manchester & the rest of the UK who turn up to support the team. To him, we're measured in revenue per fan and churn rates. We can be shunted from seats we've sat in for many years to accommodate hospitality areas and advertising boards, and be expected to pay more, year on year, for the privilege.

Perhaps he could start anew by trying to actually understand us then?

He has always been distant from our local fans , too busy trying to sign up plastics from abroad, well he has been punished , having to take the can for it

Mine came from Danzone Fanny and he sent me a load of gift vouchers for the club shop but then tried to recall because all the vouchers were meant for him.

At this point I think some people would only be satisfied with a video of Khaldoon being waterboarded to constitute it as being 'enough of an apology' and worthy of forgiveness. Deary me. People make mistakes, we just have to make sure it's not allowed to ever happen again.

Absolutely ridiculous that snowflakes have taken over the world to such an extent that in order to stave off negative publicity from the Twitter mob the CEO of a multi billion pound corporation feels compelled to apologise to little old me for merely expressing interest in a business opportunity.

I’d prefer an apology for being forced to hand over hundreds of pounds for a season ticket and for a small carton of chips costing me £4.50

An apology for you being a sheep? Nobody forces you to pay anything, its a mutual exchange of money for services/goods. If you dont think your getting value don't pay it.
