Very much this, at least he is part of the clu and has trained with the back 4 etc.

Give the lad a chance, our defence is strong and he should be protected from them.

Fulop is ex Spurs, but they never once gave him a first team game. What a story THAT could be.
I think some people are getting a bit giddy about Gunnar, already making him out to be some kind of cult hero. Flags, Viking helmets etc will probably all on sale from vendors outside the ground. All the best to him, I really hope he as a good career. But potentially, it could just take one error due to inexperience to ruin our bid for fourth — and also ruin his confidence forever. he is just as likely to have three stinkers as keep three clean sheets. Bringing in another keeper is the sensible move.

gunnar is no muppet or bobby wouldnt have him on the bench.

look at boyata, bobby trusted him and look how he did. give gunnar the chance and he will take it because this is where the manager makes his name.

The thing is, Gunnar Nielsen has been signed by the club and probably earns £10,000 a week from it.

What exactly does this boy need to do to get a game then? We have no other keeper, and we would rather go out and find a replacement than give him a shot.

That'll do wonders for the guys confidence. Support the lad, and he'll make us proud, just as Kasper did way back when.
