I have been following this guy for 2 years or so, and he is usually very reliable. He is not a transfer journalist, just a scout that gets to hear a lot of whats happening at youth level in mainly UK clubs. He is mainly just posting clips of talents across England and seems to watch a lot of youth football from the stands, since its his job. If he says its done, I would consider it done.

Alot of our EDS side are eligible for the U18's its mostly in name only, we pretty much play all the kids a level above the year named.16 year old joining U-23s, should be pretty highly rated ?
