Despite her management persona I like her as a pundit. BBC or ITV will have her for the euros and she makes thick footballers look thick by talking about the actual tactics in a game over is Ronaldo still worth a wank.

I've got this disturbing mental image now; the press officer at Stamford Bridge trying to get Hayes to come out of the dressing room to do all the tedious post match interviews, and she's shouting back at him; "I'm 'aving a faaaag, you wankah".
