Employee Experience Manager

Not been funny but when you’re trying to impress someone enough for them to give you a job, why would you act the fool and pretend you don’t know what a pronoun is?

Plus, however misguided or wrong people think they are, their intention is just to be polite and understanding. Is that such an awful thing?

"Employee experience manager" does sound unusual; I've never heard of such a job title, even though I worked for incredible health customer service for some time. They're one of the largest employment agencies in our area. It's intriguing how job titles evolve to reflect new priorities in the workplace.

I think its the opposite. It's the fear of offending someone. Companies are shit scared of gaining a reputation for not being sensitive to the needs to which ever needy twat feels like they aren't being acknowledged or recognised.
In a similar way that politicians try to please everyone in refusing to answer a simple question on which way they support a certain issue because they want to please all of the people all of the time which is simply impossible le

There’s a few .. like me who are slaves to the yankee dollar unfortunately MES.
