Employee Experience Manager

Had a phone interview today (with a zoom interview to follow) and the person who interviewed me (on her email) was described as an "employee experience manager".
What the fuck does that mean? I googled it and this came up.

What does an employee experience manager do?

"Employee experience managers excel at building and sustaining a positive and fruitful work atmosphere. They strive to create an organization that beckons and keeps capable employees by addressing matters beyond compensation packages, perks, and benefits"

sounds like a job for someone straight out of Uni who has not had any experience of real day-to-day day life but just wants to keep everyone happy!

To cap off the interview, she asked me if there was a specific pronoun I preferred to be known as. I knew what she meant but played the ignorant and asked what she meant.... off she went on her scripted notes, detailing all the pronouns they would be accepting of calling me should I so desire.
I take it they didn’t have **** Face as an option, being America? That’s mine here in Scotiand.
