Social care and professional/technical services covers most bases,add public sector and you have a full house ;-)
I agree that working with the specialist agencies is a must. I look at the relationship as supplier/customer because candidates are commodities and employers are customers Whether we like it or not.
My personal problem is that I know in my heart that many jobs advertised are not real and those that are have so many applicants, the odds are stacked against the candidate. My (our) efforts should be used on 'direct sales' to stay with the sales speak.
However,once in my career an agency found me a role so I cannot dismiss all of you.
The other 7 jobs I found myself.
Any more advice on working with you guys would be greatly appreciated.
