Met Trevor Francis in the lobby of the Imperial Hotel in Cork back in 1981 after a friendly against the local team. My girlfriend-to-be at the time met Steve Kinsey in a nightclub same night who did his best to pick her up. Allegedly. One never knew with her.

Met the immortal Ousmane Dabo over here when he was signed briefly by the New England Revolution a few summers ago. I was coaching my daughter's team in a tournament at Gillette Stadium (Home of the Revolution and the NE Patriots) and Dabo was out working out by himself trying to get fit. Alas he never did and was released later on but he patiently signed an autograph for me while I kept my mouth shut and didn't mention Joey Barton. He did smile when I told him I was a City fan though. Nice soft spoken guy. Not a good player by any means but a pretty nice guy.

When I was about 9 or 10 my dad brought to a game at Dalymount park between a Shamrock Rovers legends team and the rags old boys. I ended up in the changing room standing beside bobby ticket tout who was starkers ( yes he'd more hair below) ,with my autograph book hanging out. Truly embarrassing

Not heard it called that before

Do you want to use the doll to show us where he touched you?

Peter Barnes and Niall Quinn at Maccy Ds in Altrincham. Niall was with his wife and they had two quarter pounders without cheese.

Alex Williams came to my house. I think he came to see my Dad as Alex was flogging some lottery tickets or something similar and dad had expressed some kind of I interest in it. Dad was not in but I don't think Alex came back. It was after Alex had finished playing.

Met Kinky in the Kingfisher pub in Poynton.

Huckerby in Gap in the Trafford Centre.

Shook Joleon Lescott's hand in Wilmslow the day before the 1-6 at the Swamp. Said to him 'Make sure you stuff them for us', his reply was 'we will do our best' Well they certainly did us proud!!

My lad got his picture taken with The Goat outside Wembley before the game in 2011. Had a good chat with him, what a sound fella he is.
