We'd have won that 1-0 under Southgate
Just not working for Phil in an England shirt not sure what the answer is.
Anyone actually considered a lot of our players are overated? Miss placed passes..poor control..bad decisions..woeful tackling.. that's not the managers fault. No engkish clubs in champs league semi's .. our press whip up hype..idiots believe. Lets just fk intl football off. Its sh*te and england are always about 7th or 8th really
I called this a few years backBy the time the next international break is over in November. There will have been 11 Premier League games and 6 England games since the start of the season.
That’s just not right on any level.
There is far too much international football played during the season.
I understand the logical explanation, but the proliferation of games makes international football less special. Add in the strength of league football and it's dying on its arse.
Can’t understand all the hype with Gordon…….I saw Gordon receive the ball with his back to goal near the halfway line. His first touch the ball went back into England's half and about 12 feet from him. No ability to control the ball.
Fat Sam was a greedy bastard, and got what he deserved.I'm one of many who think England would have done better with a manager other than Southgate. As for the level Fat Sam has managed at; was Southgate's record any better.
My main point was that Fat Sam might have achieved something if it wasn't for a gutter-press sting, and there is hardly a manager in the game who is squeaky-clean and has the public image desired by the FA.
No just got caught………many haven’tFat Sam was a greedy bastard, and got what he deserved.
