Hopefully notWe conceded twice which might be enough to persuade him to go back into the shell.
Obviously nobody wants to concede goals, but we saw in our 6-3 win against United this season that when you’re too comfortable, you might get a bit complacent.
Besides, one of the goals came from a soft penalty in the last minute. Maybe it’s not a bad thing. Maybe it’s a warning to our players to just not grab any part of a shirt in the box because it can be picked up on in a game where you might not have such a lead. Better to do in this game and learn the lesson.
The goal from open play was a bit disappointing, but obviously one of our defenders at that point was having problems, although you could argue he’s been having double vision for about two years.
I wouldn’t read too much into it, just a bit of complacency and a soft decision in a game we were more than comfortable in.
