If you were given a freebie for something you weren’t hugely interested in, where you could stay in the complementary bar throughout, would you be sitting in the cold?

They just need to shut the bars if they want them in the seats.

They are seats occupied by people with little to no interest in football and are there primarily for the hospitality.
