Not at all. I heard a pundit on TS earlier saying that at this level 11 v 10 usually run out winners. The likelihood is that Balotelli would do something daft and get sent off. Terry and Lescott will know how to wind him up, (do you think Lescott will keep how easy it is to wind him up a secret just because they're employed by the same club?!). That will give England the advantage. Course, it could be Cassano who gets sent off who in the past has been equally as daft. Either way, it benefits England. The domestic season is over, City have nothing to do with tonight.

City have nothing to do with tonight!!!!...You couldn't be more wrong...what a stupid thing to say....that's like saying the countless billions Coke have spect on advertising was a waste on money!!!Anything Ballotelli does on the pitch will reflect on him next season (if he gets sent off I could see Mancini selling him for his own good), everybody is watchin him and are expecting him to fail, if he does he will get so much stick and will continue to be unfairly treated by the media and FA officials. How does that not affect CITY you plonker!!!!!
I notice you have not mentioned ANY of the THREE City players who are playing for England tonight. I wonder why that is?
I tell you somehing now, no-one other than a fraction of City fans will think 'Man City' when they see Balotelli tonight. They will know of his rep, course, but they will think of Inter too about that.
It seems people just can't help pull their eager puds over Balotelli. I ask this though, what if it came out in the wash that Hart or Lescott had told Terry or Cole how easy it is to wind Balotelli up, and they did just that to get him sent off? I think there would be many on here especially who would have something to say about Lescott or Hart doing that, despite if having given England the advantage.

This thread is going to get interesting during the game. Bluemoon divided. Could be a few warnings and bans I reckon.

i'd have plenty of problems with a known racist riling up a black player who's been targeted by racists his entire career.

You obviously misread. I said many would have a problem with Hart or Lescott for letting the cat out of the bag on how easy it is, (if indeed it is), to wind up Balotelli. Point being people seem obsessed about wanting to pull Balotelli's todger.
Tonight, for me, Balotelli is a fucking idiot and I hope he gets sent off. Why? Because it will benefit England and it has rock all to do with anything else except just that. Then, tomorrow, i'll look forward to him knocking in a bag full next season.

No, and I want Balotelli to have a 'mare.
I don't get those wanting him to play well, it's like as if they want the world to see him do well so that they can convince themselves he's a bit good. He's a good player, and he plays his club football for us. Tonight though he plays for Italy and if he's as good as he and many others think he is, he will hopefully get sent off after Lescott has wound him up too much and we will go on and win.

So you would like lescott to wind up balotelli and potentially ruin the harmony in our own camp ? I thought that behaviour was reserved only for rag wankers like Rooney and ronaldo. I would prefer lescott to mark him out of the game fairly and professionally and not resort to being an utter twat

Again, (i've said it twice now), it didn't ruin their club season 06/07 now did it?
Also, do you seriously think Hart, Lescott or Milner give a fuck about Balotelli tonight?! Do you think they'll be thinking, 'best not wind him up, gotta face him in 6 weeks in training'. Will they fuck! They'll think, 'we can get this **** sent off and progress'. Plain and simple. You forget they're just employees at City, and probably don't give a fuck about each other out of that work environment. I don't give a fuck about some of my work mates, which is what I base that theory on.

I wouldn't even want that kind of behaviour from our players in a club game towards their opponents. I prefer football to do the talking not snide underhand behaviour and comments.

Hansen pissing me off already. Telling us Balo divides the camp. Does he Alan? I wasn't aware you had been allowed access to the dressing rooms at City and inside the Italian camp.

Only makes me want him to perform even more and smash England. Go on Balo
