England v Uruguay

Rooney will play in a central role, gerrard for me is done but will obviously playand will retire after this World Cup I reckon, the ox is still injured so Barklay has to play IMO

Come on England all the way to the final please. With red scouse second game in I really want Sturridge fucked by the time we play them.

Damn. Lugano out for Uruguay with a knee injury.

I would have wanted him to play.

He has hardly played any club football for West Brom this season and our pace could exploit him big time.

Who will come in?

They are discussing this now on ITV.

Strachan and Hoddle reckon that Woy is keeping the same 11 but switching around our most effective player from our first game with our least effective player from our last three World Cups.

Just fucking got at them tomorrow. Uruguay are on the ropes, let's land the final blow.

Both Ratboy and Unky Roy have trotted out the usual bullshit.

Neville - we know they are a strong side.

Unky - it's not just Suarez who is a danger.

How about walking into the dressing room and saying " ok lads, each and every one of you is better than them. Let them worry about us. now go out there and fucking get at them "

I thought attacking wise we out one of the best performances I have seen in many a year but for me one of our biggest mistake going forward was not getting out fullbacks to overlap and create more space for the likes of Sterling, Welbeck and Rooney.

Maybe Roy wants that bit of caution to remain but if you have the likes of Johnson and Baines and don't use them in an extreme attacking/ overlapping way then why take them? Put an Ashley Cole in the team if you want your fullbacks to defend.

Uruguay look like they are relying on a Suarez putting in a shift for me because what I saw against Costa Rica is not worrying me at all.

Cavani has never impressed me to Uruguay and Forlan is coming towards the end of his career and defensively they look slow and can be got at.

I am hoping our pace will do the business and hopefully Sturridge and Rooney can finish off their chances!
