Indeed. My gripe would be the tactical instructions. For instance, there’d be no point of Rice and Henderson if they don’t drop/stay deep appropriately or make themselves available for a pass if they want to pass out from the back or go short.

The best thing Southgate could do would be to pick the brains of our top three coaches, Pep, Rodgers and Klopp. Get to training sessions, discuss tactics and formations, fucking learn his trade.
