Foden n Raz were brilliant particularly 1st half. Stones only made one mistake but it cost us a goal. What he did then was show his enormous boulders to battle back with a redemptive header. Class response from the slab tbf. Walker jet boots.

But Mount faded badly; Rice started well. Philips was very lightweight. Wasn't over impressed by tripod chin either. Waistcoat idiot does not have tactical or game management skills. Wright just pointed out Pope didn't give John many options.

What's the verdict on pope ?

Better shot stopper than Pickford but his ball playing is nowhere near good enough at the top level.

I wanted Pope but after watching these 3 games I want Pickford back and I don't rate Pickford at all.
